Credit Cards & Payments

Amex customers will be charged an extra 2% on each transaction. For international customers due to security reason we may need to contact you, via an email or a phone call, so you can call your bank to allow BeesNeez Manufactruing  to process the transaction. All credit card details are transferred and kept for 30days over a secured SSL encrypted server, and then processed manually on our terminal. You will be sent an invoice once the transaction is completed.

At BeesNeez we are so sure that you are going to be happy with your purchase that we offer a money back guarantee. This guarantee is providing that you contact us and return the microphone or pre-amplifier back to us in new condition within 30 days of receiving it. We offer no refunds prior to goods being shipped. Shipping on returns is at the customers expense unless previously arranged.

Shipping Times

Because BeesNeez products are hand made in our workshop orders will take 3-4 weeks to arrive, for both Australian and overseas customers. No orders will be sent untill complete payment is made.

3 Year Warranty

All BeesNeez built products come with a 3 year warranty that is transferable if you sell the product. The 3 year warranty only covers manufacturing faults if the microphone has not been tampered with or disassembled in any way. Shipping cost may have to be covered by the customer.

Kits Warning

In all BeesNeez tube microphone kits, some internal voltages exceed 100VDC. these voltages can be harmful and fatal if treated incorrectly. BeesNeez take no responsibilities to any accidents that may occur due to inexperience or carelessness of the assembler/owner or end user.
